WORKSHOPS
Lasting change happens when people understand how learning works, have opportunities to practise new skills, reflect on their experiences, and receive the support they need to grow.
My workshops bring research to life through engaging, interactive experiences that help students and educators build the knowledge, skills, and confidence to create meaningful change long after the workshop ends.
STUDENT WORKSHOPS
Practical, engaging workshops that help students feel more confident, organized, and in control of their learning. Each workshop is designed to provide students with tools they can start using immediately, whether they’re learning how to study effectively, preparing for a new school transition, or creating a plan for exam success.
Starting middle school brings more independence, more teachers, and more responsibility. This workshop gives students a simple system for staying organized and knowing what to do.
IDEAL FOR: Students entering middle school
Many students spend hours studying without ever being taught how to learn. In this interactive workshop, students discover why some study strategies work better than others and how to make learning stick.
IDEAL FOR: Students in middle and high school
A hands-on workshop where students build a realistic study plan, apply science-backed study strategies, and learn practical tools to manage procrastination and exam stress so they head into exams feeling confident.
IDEAL FOR: IGSCSE, IB, AP, A-Level and university students
EDUCATOR WORKSHOPS
Most teachers can tell when a student is struggling. What’s harder to see is why and what to do about it.
A student who can’t get started isn’t lazy.
A student who forgets everything isn’t being careless.
A student who falls apart under pressure isn’t being dramatic.
They’re missing specific, teachable skills that nobody has ever taught them. And in most cases, nobody has taught their teachers how to recognize those gaps either.
These workshops aren’t about adding more to your plate. They’re about reframing what you’re already seeing, so that students who once felt frustrating start to feel reachable.

SKILLS EVERY EDUCATOR GAINS
No two schools are the same, and no workshop should feel like it was designed for someone else. Before any session I work with your school to understand your students, your staff, and what you’re trying to achieve.
The result is a session that lands with relevance, sparks real conversation, and sticks beyond the day of the workshop.
